The "little button" to add photos is an Adobe Flash component. If, for whatever reason, that is not available when your page is loaded, then you should see a dark rectangle shaped object kind of over to the left on the page. If you hover your cursor over that rectangle you
might get the offer to enable flash for that operation. If you do, and if you say
"yes," and you click your heels three times, then all will be as it should.
