Brian; thanks for the pic/confirmation. After looking things over this AM, it was my wiring mistake. I had checked my pos/neg wires with my meter, but as they were both the same color, I hooked them up bass akward anyway!. All ok now.

Ed: I hear ya, I was going to get their kit, but the temp sensors killed it for me, no place to install them. I spent the last 25 yrs repairing/replacing aircraft electronic devices that failed. I will manage this fan with a spdt switch. KISS ! Yes, i'm stuck in the 60's !!
