In my case with my CSX it was CNC slave, milled ally bracket that mounts on the Tranny to BH, the adjustable block with heim that goes on the fork, and the adjustable pushrod. You might need a new line, too. It's a nice setup. Great bolt on.
If I was unbuttoning everything or starting over, then I'd get with the KMP fork.
