Also, Blue Thunder heads haven't been mentioned and I'm also kinda curious why? Is it because they have raised exhaust ports, availability or are the Survival and BBM heads just better?

The BT heads are just impossible to get anymore. They take their sweet time on making them, and they usually just make enough to take care of a few people.
