That looks like a Factory Five, Mark-II. Probably about 12-14 years old? But the rear IRS cradle doesn't look right for a FFR.
Not worth $8K, because there are too many missing parts. Especially the missing aluminum panels. You would have to fab all the aluminum panels. And without any patterns, it would be a big PITA. I wouldn't try to build a complete car from this.
The body and frame are worth about $3-4K to someone who has collision damage and wants to repair their current car.
