As much as I would have liked to use a "correct" carb, with 482 cubic inches, I needed something that looked period correct while having enough CFM to keep the engine going. I sent a Holley 4150 to Joe Bunetic along with 2 Lemans float bowls. Joe added and adjusted the bowls, machined off the air horns, installed .128 needle valves with steel tips and when everything was done, had the carb properly replated. The choke was also removed. This is the carb that Barry Rabotnick used to dyno my engine:

The HP & Torque numbers are higher now that we have improved fuel flow to the carb / engine.
