I would definitely check the rear diff. Mine is one of the ones that broke. Replaced with a grade 8 and been fine ever since. They did upgrade but maybe yours sneaked through somehow. Also both shafts to the rear wheels should be checked and one other thing is the brake calipers. Had a bolt fall out of one those to and that was causing a clunk (among other things)
