Check out the 2 pics below, looks like a sloppy blue mark on the bolt so I'm not sure if the bolt turned since the original install?

The picture shows the bolt as been moved from factory mark, either tightened or serviced at some time.
The pictures make your bushing look torn? Is it? If so that may be the issue the play in the bushing, take a pry bar and move housing up and down does it move?
