Unless you are running super wide tires the power steering really shouldn't be needed. It will steer easily except maybe when you are barely moving such as turning to get into your garage and such. The power brakes I don't think are needed if you have good ones. As for the fuel injection you will have to talk to some of the local people and find out where there is a good shop for that.
