IMO, you're better off using a good 0W-40 oil and not worrying about it.
OTOH, you have to do what helps you sleep at night. And if installing this does that, then I say go for it.  |
But... I've a degree in automotive technologies and slept in a Holiday Inn Express. It makes me AND my engine happier.
