Something is very loose. Generally when stopping or starting I have seen loose control arms or shot bushings. You have IRS check those bushings as well.

Did you physically try to move the tranny up and down and back and forth? The same with the engine?

Double check all suspension mounts, ball joints etc..If all this is tight and to torque specs then....I'm out of ideas.
