I got out of Uber complex low volume high ownership cost German iron for the simplicity of an American pushrod powered cobra replica; you’re talking about the S65 engine that made 414 hp at 8300 (!) RPM...it like the v10 it was spawned from (and that I owned at one time) was an EPIC piece of engineering, but in effect were just about full on race engines, with complexity, relability, and repair cost to match.
It would be interesting but you had better be quite the engineer to make and keep it all working...
