I was at the New England Auto Show in Boston this weekend. There was a new paint color on the Toyota Avalon right by the entrance when you came in the main door. It was called Black metallic. Kind of reminds me if the effect you show in the photo. It looked black in the shadows. But when light struck in the purple metallic popped! Not quite as dramatic as the wrap. But would be more durable. Any paint shop would be able to get the paint code.
