I would recommend you fix the axle quickly, you don"t want to have that problem.Did you just try tightening your valve covers to fix the leak. I had a small leak on mine and found that they were loose . Don"t over tighten, use 1/4 ratchet with socket . One more thing I would purchase a lead hammer and the 911 tool if you have knock offs. Dead blow hammers don"t work.If you have a harbor freight near you, they sell safety wire and the pliers cheap.
