I don't know. But, I looked for threads and couldn't find them, that I remember having some pretty smart folks on here saying you should run the TKO's fluid level a bit below the side fill plug hole and not up to the very edge. You know that TREMEC says it's a "fill for life" type deal and never needs changing at all unless you're racing it hard and see really high temps. I don't know about that though, and changing your transmission fluid is easier than changing your engine oil anyway. OTOH, it's not like my TKO is like my clutch-style Powr-Lok limited slip that actually has disks that wear down and put crap in to the fluid. I would think that any sort of small break-in shavings off the transmission gears should be caught on the drain plug magnet. But, at least now it's pretty easy to figure out what fluid to put back in there. If anybody remembers the threads on not filling your TKO up to the fill hole, they can sound off.
