Well, I know that Ford and Tremec issued a TSB many years ago for the TR3650 clarifying that "The full fill level is approximately 19 mm (0.75") below the fill hole." It would be helpful if someone would post "yes, I experimented with different levels extensively over the summer of 2010 and found that 1.3" below the fill hole gave me the best performance in my TKO600." But, that probably won't happen....
