I'm not running a SBF, but my cold start
oil pressure at fast idle (~1500 RPM) with 5W30 is 80 PSI. Hot
oil pressure at idle (~750 RPM) is 30 PSI. 2500 RPM hot is about 40-45 PSI. Temperature makes a big difference.
