I've been faithfully using seafoam for over 20 years. NO fuel related issues using this product and I've used it on a number of cars that sit for months/year. I always end my season filling up the tank, pouring a can of seafoam in, drive it around to get the treated gas into the carb and park it. I never do the winter start up routines some do as I don't want to introduce moisture into my system and not eliminate it by driving. Again, no issues with this routine for decades. My dad buys it by the case and I buy it by the gallons. My dad puts it into every fuel up for all his cars since they are driven so infrequently.
