I tend to agree with 66gtk. Seafoam has been around since 1942.
I can't find any negative articles on it. However the jelly is normally an issue seen with Old gas and literally a slew of (I'm too lazy to count) articles on the subject. Much more prevalent nowadays with Ethanol fuels.
You living in Florida (I'm a native) it can be exasperated due to the heat and humidity.
