The "old school" Ford- Cobra oval air cleaner for single and dual four & tri power ( 3x2s) is 101/2" wide and 21 1/4" long with cast aluminum top. Elements are the same measurements but filter height dual four being a little taller than the tri power. Back in the 60's stacking two dual four elements was the way to go
Have you looked at the pictures I'm talking about on this website? They pictures show the scoop being made in several steps and views up to completion? I think it turned out great.
