I bought this car twenty years ago, I would have made other choices If I had it to do. My duel fours are impressive but a single four intake and larger single four barrel carb (4500 dominator) would afford a better air filter and flow more. but that is what I have and it will stay. Also my engine sits mostly flat and most intake manifold are tapered to work in production cars. The rear of my air cleaner is the highest point on the engine. That is where Webbers or other multiport induction systems work so well in these cars. But what I have now probably will stay, I just want a better air filter and a scoop that would let it all work.
