Or you could have cables or restraints on the sides similarly to a pickup bed tailgate, that would be attached at the mid-point hinge between the two ramp/door sections and towards the top of the body. It would take a bit of thought on how to get them to fold back in out of the way and maybe some frame reinforcement at the top on the body.
