When you lost 3rd and 4th gear did you have any bad (expensive) sounding noises or is it just locked where you can't shift into those gears. If it is just locked I would GUESS the linkage would be a good starting point but I figure yours is a top loader and that won't be quite as easy to look at as the old 4 speeds with the linkage on the outside. I took my T-5 World Class transmission out a few weeks ago to check on a slight seep and the linkage is something that I wouldn't really wnat to get into without someone here that has experience on it. I can set it on my other car with the 4 speed ok but that doesn't involve much. Hope it isn't anything bad and I know you will get some answers from guys that are far more experienced on these than I am. Good luck.
