Thanks spdbrake ... the TR413 type stem is what they installed and they seem to be holding. The stems they pulled out were something like that however, they pulled them out and chunked them before I got a look at them. I'd really like to go with an all metal stem. I'm affraid that if some soapy water gets down into the valve stem hole they might have a tendency to slide out. Probably not but I'd feel better knowing that the all metal won't come out.
