In the grand scheme of things come resale time a Cobra without a period-correct power train will command less in the market than one with one. It doesn't matter who makes the roller/kit. That's just the way it is. Built it for yourself, but remember eventually you've got to have an exit strategy. The modern engine will give you less grief, the old engine will be a tinkerer's dream. In another topic someone regaled in having to rebuild carbs. Well, I sincerely doubt that that person looks forward to having to do that work two or three times a year. More like it's TOLERATE, not ENJOYED. I still don't know where those bolts and nuts on the garage floor came from. I think there were little micro-bots breeding and leaving baby bolts to grow up on the floor.
