Go to your page, click on User CP, go to edit options and that should bring you to your control panel on the left. Towards the bottom is a paid subscription link and you can then choose how much you wold like to contribute.

Hope that this year is much better for you. We all deal with things that slow us down at time, good to see that you are getting back on your feet again. Thanks for all that you do.
