Thats an awfully cold hearted thing to say when we dont have all the details on what may have caused this tradgedy.

As a professional traffic collision figure outer I’ve seen some pretty crazy scenes that on hindsight were the result of NOTHING to do with driver error. This gentleman may have been incapacitated due to a medical condition, he may have put himself into a tree to avoid hitting an object/pedestrian, or he could have been done in by an unforseen road imperfection like Paul Walker.

Kinda harsh not knowing all the facts, eh?
