spdbrake - thanks and to answer your questions:

1. I was in stop and go traffic
2. The car has both mech and elec fuel pump but i was using only the mech one
3. Sorry - don’t know what type of fuel pressure regulator is on the car, same with fuel lines but pic attached.
4. The gas in the tank is fresh
