Default Two Red lights On - what to check?

Hello everyone,

European Cobra owner of #855 living in Athens, Greece.

Just recently while I was driving the two red lights went ON on the dashboard. (normal layout as showing below)

I have checked with the following order and still those lights are ON:

- Engine oil was low, and I had to add 3lt to be back to normal levels.

- 70A Fuse passenger side / under the bonnet of the car. Seems to be OK

- Both Cables from the Altenator = OK.
Only one cable does not look perfect (image below)

- Brake fluid (driver's side) - was not full. It was purple color, so assuming I got it right it was DOT4?? ...so just I added Motul 600 RBF DOT 4

- Other cables I have checked: (Oil Temp, Oil PSi, Water Temp, Another cable from Altenator "Solenoid" )

The battery used to be around the 15Volt+ when driving with lights off and now is around the 13-14V. So, I noticed some drop there, but I am not 100% sure if that is normal or my imagination.

Lastly, my timing belt is a bit looser, my local mechanic said that on purpose he adjusted it, since one bolt that tightens it broke under a 4th gear pull (now fixed), so his advice was to do it with less tension so the belt "to be able to jump if needed' by providing some slack under violent acceleration. Does this make sense? Mabe this can cause the two red lights to be on?

Any other ideas?

Thank you,
Andronikos
