I have a B&B and have also autocrossed with a small block last year. At that time I was running 300# fronts and 200# rears and had no problem with excessive dip or wash out. Your springs are only going to do so much for you. If you are running the standard tires that Bryan put on your car you may be disappointed. If you have a good set of soft speed rated tires or slicks you can really have some fun.

Here is another tip if you are just going to run auto cross: get yourself an MSD 6A ignition with a rev limiter if you don't already have one. For the most part you will probably run the course in 2nd gear and you could over rev your engine pretty easily. Cheap insurance (about $150.00).
