I know it sounds almost counter intuitive, but a front sway bar will really help with the rear end coming out. As I stated earlier, tightening up the front end will reduce oversteer. No, you do not need a panhard rod. There are bigger fish to fry with respect to your suspension. Get a front sway bar. The one from CR works pretty good or DV can help you with a manufacturer. For the rear sway bar, go to a junk yard and get a small sway bar off one of the older fox body mustangs. An 81 four cylinder LX or equivalent will do fine. It will be much smaller than the front sway bar. Do not get the CR one. it is way too big and will create oversteer.
