Got my
oil cooler leakage fixed but still had
oil coating the chassis...
Finally dawned on me laying under the car that the
oil still misting all over my chassis might just be the damned drain bolt? Ive got the usual canton 15-680s 351w pan with the shallow canton plug. I bought a big old 1/2-20 3/4” long bolt from true value along with a copper washer and wound that bad Boy on in (lots more threads than the short bolt)...
Lo and behold after a messy session under there with a pressure washer, shes as dry as a popcorn fart now! Nice and clean...
