Matt: Go online to" Florida dept of highway Safety and Motor Vehicles , division of Motor Vehicles ". and find procedure TL-48, "application for certificate of title for a replica motor vehicle"
This would be for the initial issuance of title. If you have the original "MSO", and you comply with this procedure, you might be able to get a new florida title. If you don't have the "MSO" you will just have to transfer the title you have.
