KDubU stated what I was thinking.

Revise your budget for an all-in minimum number of $85K.
If it was me that number would be $100K.

If you're planning to do much of the assembly yourself, be sure
to budget also for the required tools and fixtures needed.

At age 50 I assume this as a "One and done" scenario.
Make sure the $$$ are there so you're not faced with
cutting corners on the finished product.
