They are designed for all weather racing, so? Neither have I ever experienced the tires feeling unsafe when they are cold. In general I drive my car easy for the first 10 minutes or so while oil and water temps come up as a mater of course so tires would be coming up to temp during that time as well. Long story short, I am a convert and a deciple of the CR6ZZ.

What size do you have and it's been mentioned, that there's a medium and soft compounds ?
