I have a Toploader (rebuilt to "new condition" by David Kee's agent) which will go into my car in a few weeks time. Toploaders are immensely strong, with a great shift action "feel". Like most good gearboxes, if it has the correct gear
oil and if the shifter is set up correctly, you won't be disappointed.
Being a four speed (with 1:1 top gear), you won't want too short a final drive ratio if you do a lot of highway driving.
