I expect the easiest way to sell an un-assembled CMC / StreetBeast would be to play dumb and hope the buyer doesn't figure out what it is, until after the sale. Anyone who understands what they are would never pay money for one. I wouldn't take one if they paid me $10,000 on the condition I had to finish the car before I died.
Maybe that explains how many unfinished kits are out there with no documentation and the owner has no clue what it is.
