I looked up CSX2138 in the registry and found (in brief) … unpainted as requested with body modifications, fit with hard top … shipped to N.Y. 6/27 abroad the “SS American Commander”.

So I suspect that the car in the photo is CSX2138 and that it looks like CSX2203 hence the reference, just a guess of course.
