Just took delivery of my new RT4. Took it for a spin in my neighborhood and noticed the
oil temp pushing 260. Of course it was 110 and not getting up to much speed. Will I need an
oil cooler for our hot summer days? Also will I need a Level 2 or Level 3 inspection prior to title and registration? Thanks and looking forward to you responses.
