It turns out that I had switched the the motor mounts to the wrong sides when I replaced the original with convertible mounts to lower the mounts. Slightly lifted the motor, switched them side to side and the pipes lined up! But now I have added problem of the supercharger snout hits the hood!

Will keep everyone advised. Have been busy with the house
