Definitely looks like an Arntz/Butler body with the beautiful, accurate shape and lines. Did Butler have the radical mid-engine setback as well, or was that strictly a feature of the Arntz Cobras? Some cars even had an extra cutout or notch at the rear of the hood opening to allow easier access to Chevy distributors. That combination no doubt gives the Ford blue-bloods painful hemorrhoids, but I'm sure its a rocket with that big rat motor between the fenders.
