This is the downside of reviving old threads. Taken way out of context - you weren't around in those days and you have no grasp of the atmosphere of camaraderie and grown-up ribbing that existed among a large group of core members. Best to let old threads die a dignified death - judging people you do not know from a time you don't understand is a pointless pain in the (G)ass.
