I dumped the external cylinder in favor of the Tilton hydraulic bearing setup. It replaces the "nose" of the Tremec with an adapter, and a combination throwout bearing/hydraulic cylinder.
With a 7/8" master cylinder, it works perfectly. I can send some pix if you like. It's a very clean setup
