Not Ranked
Dale,
I am being told that the engine i was looking at is a 66 top oiler.. But had been told it was a '68 Interesting.. I have photo's if you want to compare..
The photo's I was sent clearly shows what looks like a side oiler bulge and did not show any of the markings I requested.. The heads were clearly 427 HR and I really doubt someone put those on a top oiler.. Maybe though..
I got about 10 photo's total via zip file.. Does this sound like what they promised you???
As I said maybe I'm being overly cautious. But I started wondering about this guy after he couldn't deliver specifics.. Let me know how your motor arrives.. Hopefully its better than you expect. Please post when your engine arrives and let us know.
I was also told this motor was the "last one they had".. I don't know what to think at this point.
I am going to try to post a photo of what he promised to my gallery.. Check it out.
Regards,
