Sorry to hear about the back problems I know how that goes. I broke mine in 1988 and had it operated on. Luckily I have very few issues with it now.
I agree with Bumpster on the fact that you can finish so many brands of Cobra's for 50K now. The new guys on the block are offering a turnkey minus for 26K . Superformance is about 38K as turnkey minus. Remember this is a car that has as many options as buyers and some won't buy it if it isn't exactly what they want.
Personally I always liked the contemporary body but I want to build one instead of buying one and wish they were still around.
It looks like you have a great car but mix current offerings with current economy and the market is soft, so soft it is effecting my judgement on whether I want to build or buy...
