It is a stock Chevette column from the early 80's. I can't remember the exact years. If you were lucky, you could find one with the tilt feature.

The hub is standard aftermarket stuff, with a provision for the horn button. I think they had 3 bolts to hold the steering wheel to the hub adapter.

To know the exact fit, you'll have to pull the hub and measure the shaft for diameter and spline count.
