You may want to look at Mark IV Everett Morrison build. Same Ester Resin body (I believe they were the first to use that), longer frame, also a chromoly stainless frame and suspension which never needs painting or powder coating. Very strong and maintenance free. Dual shocks in the rear, independent suspension, etc. I wouldn't discount them without driving one. They are most "solid" feeling cobra's I've driven or driven in.
