Hello Cobra Buddies,

We are going to try and do it again.
If you are interested in joining the group this year, you need to make reservations at Sun Mountain Lodge (SML) (509) 996-2211! We will be spending three(3) nights at the Lodge. Checking in on September 17th and out on September 20th. Be sure and say you are part of the “NW Cobra Club Group”. (If you need to leave on the 19th that is OK.)

We will be meeting for breakfast the morning of Friday September 17th at 10:00 AM in the Silvana, WA area, at Stephen and Judy Crosten’s home. If you are planning on participating in the Run to the Sun, send me a private message with your email address and we will get you directions to that location.

After breakfast, we will depart from Silvana around 11:30 AM and head over Highway 20 to SML. Highway 20 is a fun drive, with plenty of opportunities to pass slower traffic. We usually make a stop for gas / comfort stop at Marblemount, WA. Yes, we have been rained on many times, especially in June, surprisingly nobody melted. Friday evening, we will meet Wolf Creek Bar at SML for few beverages and have dinner.

Saturday September 18th, after a group breakfast, we will travel to a to be determined venue for lunch. Usually, the drive is about 2 hours each way. We try and get back early enough so people can hit the pool, take nap, etc. In the evening, we will meet for dinner in a private group setting there at SML.

On September 19th, we will meet for breakfast in advance of a drive to the Chelan area or a winery.

September 20th, we try to gather for breakfast prior to our departure.
