The black stripe under the car is a slab joint. It’s in their parking lot. The 4 black twisted lines from 3 to 5 o’clock on the tire are wrinkles as are the horizontal lines at bottom of wheel level. There are more photos on the web of this car pulling wheelies with little tire deflection. You can get this same photo in higher quality and see more detail.
