Get yourself a piece of angle iron just slightly larger than the CNC slave. Use the old bracket as a pattern for the block/bell housing mount. Mount the CNC in the same plane as the girling. Try to get a piece of 3/8 stainless angle. Hard to drill and tap but you won't have to paint and it will never rust.
